KGS Matric Hr Sec School at Chettipalayam, Poondi was started in the year 3rd June 2009. With only 50 students and today we humbly say over a period of 6 years, we KGS have grown gradually and steadily with 750 students who are gems.
Moto
In the Remembrance of the Founder Late K.Govindaswamy who was very generous and a man of Social awareness wanted to give education to the needy and a diverse group of students who felt education can't be reached. His motto was to give Education which is the highest 'Form of Learning'. This was achieved by his sons Mr.G.Ramesh , Correspondent and Mr.G.Kumaravel Secretary.
ACHIEVEMENTS
1. With constant guidance and dedication from Teaching Faculty the school has produced centum result in X Std for the last 2 years 2012 to 2013 and 2013 to 2014 respectively.
